LARGE PROJECTS – Large Commercial and Residential projects are usually based on an arranged, estimated, hourly figure for the entire project. Every design task is different.

STAGING – Staging a house to be put on the market, will shorten its selling time and increase its dollar amount. HIGH STYLE ID currently works with many leading real estate agents in the area to stage occupied homes. This means using the clients existing furniture and rearranging it to appeal to every perspective buyer. Occupied home staging costs are classified under hourly design consultation rates. HIGH STYLE ID also stages vacant homes using designer packages of furniture. The cost of a vacant home staging package is determined by the size of the house/condo. All packages are rented out to the client for a 90 day period. In most areas of Kelowna, the average house takes 55 days to sell. This time frame is a safe zone. Additional monthly rentals are available after the 90 day time frame has ended. The cost of staging includes delivery, set up, rental, pick up and GST. This method is extremely effective.
